1st Annual Summer Woman's Yoga Retreat!

Only 15 spots available so we can keep the retreat personal and more 1 on 1!
It will be a 2 day weekend retreat, Saturday July 28th and 29th. Saturday from 8am to 10pm. Sunday from 8am to 8pm!
Will include:
~Mind Body Balance Breathe T-shirt
~Learn the differences between the Yoga Styles and teachings. You will better understand the different yoga styles and poses so you can attend future classes, better knowing what style of classes you resonate with!
~History and origins of Yoga and how it's transformed into what we see today.
~Pose breakdown classes - lets work on proper alignment! From Beginner poses up to more advanced poses!
~Healthy Lunch, Supper and Snacks (Breakfast will be on your own)
~Goodie bag with Meditation Pillow, Journal, pen, Essential Oil Blend perfect for yoga and meditation...and more.
~Journaling
~Q & A times as we work through struggles or challenges. As well as time to celebrate any "ah ha" moments we may have had!
