Yoga Classes

“Whether you’re looking to try a beginner-level class or move towards deepening your practice, each class is created specifically for individuals with curves!”

Many people think that yoga is just stretching or is a strict spiritual practice. While stretching is certainly involved and in some beliefs and teachings, yoga can be incorporated into a spiritual practice. For me personally, yoga is about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility....body and mind.  When it comes to a spiritual practice: we are a space that has a ZERO tolerance policy for spiritual abuse.  We love and appreciate all religious choices that you may enjoy and we accept YOU for however YOU no matter what faith or spiritual practice you have picked for YOU.   However, we do not incorporate any religious practice, dogma or spiritual beliefs during our Yoga Classes.   If you want to incorporate your faith during Yoga Class, I fully welcome you to pray, chant, meditate, manifest, or what ever your faith subscribes to...... in silence. 

Yoga is done through gently stretching into poses, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement or more slowly to increase stamina, relaxation and to perfect the alignment of the pose.  

Yoga for me, is a type of meditation in itself.  While focusing on your breathing and slow, gentle movement, your mind begins to clear and focus on the present moment instead of daily stress.   In-turn, anxieties and stress may melt away. 

With over 600hrs of training over the last 8 years and a personal practice spanning over 20 years, I can’t wait to bring a curvy friendly, fun, relaxing and soothing Yoga atmosphere to all who join us!

$5 per person, per class

Flow Yoga -

Vinyasa Inspired Flow

YIN Yoga

This class is beginner to advanced friendly. Our flow class incorporates focused breath - every time you exhale you move, every time you inhale you move. Based in mostly traditional Sun A and B Salutations, we add and build the class from there!

1 hour Class

Every Wednesday at 5:30pm and some Thursdays

YIN Yoga is meant to not only deepen your expression of poses, but to also deepen your expression in enjoying the art of the pause. As we stay some what stationary in poses based on the ground, your are welcome to deepen your expansion by stretching and releasing your fascia, or gently navigate stretches that challenge the mind. A great class for those looking to increase flexibility! Great for all levels within your practice.

1 hour Class

1st Thursday of every month focusing on hips and back.

Tabata Infusion

Tabata Infusion is a HIIT and Yoga mash up! I fun work out that really gets the blood pumping and the muscles activated! Beginner to advanced practice depending on the night!!

1 hour Class

3rd Thursday of every month unless posted otherwise on our FB page.
