Yoga at Mind Body Balance Breathe
Many people think yoga is simply stretching or a strictly spiritual practice. While stretching is certainly a part of yoga—and some traditions do incorporate spiritual elements—our approach is centered on balance within the body and mind through strength, flexibility, and intentional movement and stress relief.
We are a space with zero tolerance for spiritual pressure or spiritual abuse. We respect and welcome all belief systems and personal practices. You are accepted here exactly as you are.
We do not incorporate any specific religious practices, dogma, or belief systems into our classes. If you choose to connect with your own faith during class—whether through prayer, meditation, or reflection—you are welcome to do so quietly, in a way that feels right for you.
What to Expect
Yoga is practiced through guided movement and postures designed to support strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Classes may include:
Slower, more intentional movement to support relaxation and alignment
More fluid sequences to gently build heat and movement in the body
Breath-focused guidance to help you stay present and connected
Our classes do NOT incorporate head stands, hand stands or tightly bound poses for safety and to provide inclusivity to all bodies.
Many people experience yoga as a moving form of meditation, where the focus on breath and movement can help quiet the mind and bring attention back to the present moment.
With over 700 hours of training since 2017 and a personal practice spanning more than 20 years, Jennifer offers a curvy-friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment for all experience levels.
Pricing:
$5 per person – 60-minute class
$10 per person – 90-minute class

YIN Yoga is meant to not only deepen your expression of poses, but to also deepen your expression in enjoying the art of the pause. As we stay some what stationary in poses based on the ground, your are welcome to deepen your expansion by stretching and releasing your fascia, or gently navigate stretches that challenge the mind. A great class for those looking to increase flexibility! Great for all levels within your practice.

Flow Yoga -
Vinyasa Inspired Flow
YIN Yoga
This class is beginner to advanced friendly. Our flow class incorporates focused breath - every time you exhale you move, every time you inhale you move. Based in mostly traditional Sun A and B Salutations, we add and build the class from there!

Every Wednesday at 5:30pm and some Thursdays

Tabata Infusion
Tabata Infusion is a HIIT and Yoga mash up! I fun work out that really gets the blood pumping and the muscles activated! Beginner to advanced practice depending on the night!!
