Still Waters is the intentional pause where we slow down, unpack what we’ve been carrying, and truly see the strength we have had all along. Like still water reflecting clearly, when we become still, we create space for honest reflection and reclaimed strength.

Still Waters is a grounded, all-inclusive weekend designed for women ready to unpack what they’ve been carrying, release emotional weight, and reclaim personal strength in a calm, reflective setting.

Through guided meditation, journaling and self-reflection, breathwork and sound bath, optional yoga, creative integration, and intentional Still Waters time, we create space to harvest the resilience that has quietly grown through every season of our lives.

The weekend will be supported by four facilitators offering a variety of modalities — including guided reflection practices, Reiki, meditation, sound bath, breathwork, and other energy work modalities.

🌿 The Setting

Our Private location offers a peaceful, nature-centered environment intentionally suited for reflection and restoration steeped in deep history.

Accommodations include:

• Four climate-controlled cabins each with 3 twin size beds in a dormitory style space - no bunk beds
• Main house with three queen beds and shared living space
• Shared bathhouses and showers
• Small kitchenettes in each cabin (mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer)
• Community kitchen in the main house
• Linens provided

This is an unplugged weekend — no Wi-Fi and no televisions.
Cell service is available.

Guests are welcome to bring your favorite blankets, pillows, art supplies, or journaling materials to make the space feel comfortable and personal to you. (more details after registration)

Nature trails surround the property, and weather permitting, there may be an optional visit to nearby Lake for kayaking or relaxed time outdoors.

🌿 Meals & Dietary Notes

This retreat is all-inclusive. All meals and snacks are provided.

Whole-food based meals will be served, with gluten-free options available.

If you have additional dietary preferences or restrictions, you are welcome to bring supplemental items. A full kitchen is available for your use.

If you have a food allergy, please notify us in advance.

🌿 Accessibility & Inclusivity

All movement offerings — including optional yoga and nature walks — are designed to be accessible and adaptable for a wide range of bodies, ages, and experience levels.

This retreat is not about performance or fitness. It is about reflection & presence.

Whether you are brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply prefer gentle movement, options and modifications will be available. Nature paths and outdoor activities will also include flexible pacing and support to ensure participation feels comfortable and welcoming.

Women of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and life stages are welcome here.

🌿 Your Facilitators

This retreat is guided by four women facilitators, bringing decades of lived experience alongside formal training in movement, breathwork, meditation, and stress-reduction modalities.

Collectively, we bring over 40 years of combined experience in practices that support nervous system regulation, embodied resilience, and emotional integration.

Our backgrounds include:

• Somatic breathwork and sound healing
• Yoga and meditation
• Reiki and energy-based modalities
• Stress management and nervous system support
• Embodied transformation and reflective practices

Each of us comes not only with certifications, but with lived experience — as women, mothers, and individuals who have navigated life’s challenges and growth firsthand.

This weekend is led by practitioners who value grounded, accessible approaches and who are committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for every woman in the room.
