Still Waters - Women’s Resilience Retreat
“Harvesting Strength from what we’ve carried”
What is Still Waters?"Still Waters speaks to the quiet space within you. It’s the part of you that slows down, becomes present, and allows for clarity and deeper awareness to come through. Just like still water reflects clearly, when we give ourselves space to slow down, we begin to see more clearly—what we’ve been carrying, what we’re ready to release, and what’s true for us beneath the noise."The Still Waters Retreat is a weekend created to help you connect with that place through rest, guided practices, and a supportive community of women. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your own strength while being supported, seen, and met exactly where you are, without judgment. This is a space where nothing is expected of you, and advice is only offered if you ask for it. Otherwise, we simply hold space and support you in your own process.
What to ExpectStill Waters is designed as a supported, thoughtfully paced three-day retreat that blends guided sessions with spacious time for reflection. Throughout the weekend, practices such as meditation, breathwork and sound bath, journaling and self-reflection exercises, optional morning yoga, embodied resilience practices, somatic-based release activities, creativity-based integration, and collaborative facilitator-led offerings will be intentionally woven throughout the entire weekend.
Some sessions will be held as a full group, while other moments allow for quiet reflection, small-group connection, or personal integration time. We intentionally build in “Still Waters” space — time to rest, walk the trails, sit in silence, journal, create, sit in circle of support with other women or with one of our facilitators or simply breathe without an agenda.
Participation in any activity throughout the weekend is always your choice. If a particular offering does not resonate with you, or you simply need quiet time or intentional Still Waters space, you are fully supported in doing what you need so you leave feeling refreshed rather than overwhelmed. As the saying goes, take what resonates and leave what does not — that applies here.
In addition to group sessions, there may be opportunities for optional private support sessions during designated Still Waters windows and scheduled retreat time blocks. These brief one-on-one sessions (approximately 15–30 minutes) are designed to offer individualized support if desired. Offerings may include Reiki, vibroacoustic sound therapy, intuitive reflection sessions, or other supportive modalities provided by facilitators.
Private sessions are optional, limited in duration, and based on facilitator availability. They are not guaranteed as part of registration. Additional details and sign-up information will be shared prior to the retreat, and if you prefer, you are always welcome to use that time as personal Still Waters reflection space.
The retreat offers enough structure to feel guided while allowing your nervous system the room it needs to settle and find peace.
This weekend is unplugged by design. There is no Wi-Fi on site (cell service is available). Out of respect for each attendee’s space and presence, we kindly ask that phones remain turned off, on airplane mode, or on silent throughout the weekend except when truly necessary. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to fully step away from daily distractions and be present.
The setting is natural and peaceful, with accessible areas near the main lodge and optional walking trails of varying levels. The property includes open spaces for reflection, a medicine wheel, and multiple fire pits that we plan to light in the evenings, weather and local regulations permitting.
Our intention is to create a supportive environment where you can gently unpack the heaviness you’ve been carrying, reconnect with your personal strength and resilience, and leave feeling more grounded and clear than when you arrived.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Day One - Friday, Sept 25, 2026Arrive & Settle In
Early arrival and gentle check-in will be open from 2:00–4:30 p.m. During this time, directional signs will guide you to check-in, where you’ll receive your cabin assignment and welcome materials. From there, you’ll have space to unpack, settle in, explore the grounds, and begin arriving into the experience at your own pace.
During this window, some facilitators may be available for optional one-on-one sessions or small, personalized experiences upon request. If you feel called to begin your weekend in a more intentional or supported way, you’re welcome to take advantage of that time.
Standard check-in will take place from 4:30–5:00 p.m. We kindly ask that all guests be checked in by 5:00 p.m., if at all possible, so the evening can begin smoothly. (We understand that travel doesn’t always go as planned—just do your best.)
Dinner will be served from 5:30–6:30 p.m., followed by a welcome gathering to gently bring everyone together. During this time, you’ll be invited—but never required—to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
From there, we’ll begin the retreat together with a guided experience designed to open the space—creating room to recognize what we’ve been carrying, and to begin softening into the possibility of release as we move into the weekend. The goal of Day 1 is simple: arrive, soften your shoulders, and begin creating space to let go and find you again…..
“Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. YOU get to choose.

Day Tw0 - Saturday, Sept 26, 2026Unfold & Reclaim
Day Two invites deeper reflection and gentle unfolding. After a nourishing morning with optional yoga and breakfast, we move into guided group experiences and spacious Still Waters time — allowing you to observe the stories you’ve been carrying with curiosity rather than judgment.
Throughout the day, you’ll engage in breathwork, embodied resilience practices, creative release activities, and meaningful conversation in a supportive small-group setting. There will also be space for journaling, walking the grounds, and optional one-on-one sessions with facilitators if you desire additional support.
This day is about noticing what feels heavy, harvesting strength from what you’ve lived, and beginning to release the emotional weight that no longer needs to be carried. You are not here to erase your story — you are here to reclaim your voice, your resilience and remember the strength that has been yours all along.
“It is only a thought and a thought can be changed

Day Three - Sunday, Sept 27, 2026Integration + Honoring the Journey
The final morning will begin with optional yoga, followed by breakfast. You’re welcome to move slowly, take time for yourself, and allow the weekend to begin coming full circle. There will also be time for Still Waters—a quiet space for personal reflection and integration.
We’ll then gather for embodied resilience practices, offering space to gently integrate what’s been experienced and reconnect with your own personal strength and empowerment.
We’ll share lunch together, then close our time with a final gathering—creating space to reflect, honor what’s shifted in you as individuals and as a community of strong women, and acknowledge the experience we’ve shared together.
The retreat will conclude by 2:00 p.m., with time to say your goodbyes and begin your journey home—hopefully feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.
